We are a firm where practitioners go deep. Generalist consultants who know a little about everything are not a good fit. We want people who have built real systems — production Python, financial models that ran in live deals, pipelines that processed real money.
Every engagement involves numbers that matter — to a CFO, an investor, or an operator making a capital decision. We expect fluency with statistics, probability, and financial modeling. The ability to write defensible analysis under scrutiny is non-negotiable.
We work directly with business owners and executives. Communication has to be clear, timely, and honest. We do not hide behind project management theater — we tell clients what we found, what it means, and what to do about it.
